6. The owners give all information and make all statements in good faith and use
their best endeavor to check, as far as is reasonably possible, all information
given to applicants. The Owners shall not however, in any event, be liable for any
damage or loss resulting from information given or statements made whether orally
or in writing.
7. The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed those booked.
8. The occupier undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings
and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as the
same are in at the commencement of the letting (reasonable wear and tear excepted)
and shall pay to the Owners the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures,
fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored
to its former condition.
9. Pets are not allowed in the holiday property.
10. The Owners reserve the right to decline accommodation.
11. The cottage is used as holiday accommodation and therefore exempt from security
of tenure the rent Act.
